Ok well I'm here, and well it's not too dammed bad here at all. I just had an idea for a way to keep my blogs somewhat organized, If you look now, up in the right hand corner of every new entry, there is a time stamp. God I sometimes amaze myself in how smart I am…. Ok I know I know I am getting full of myself once more.
Well let me give you a thing of events from the time I got here till now. Currently I am lying in my bunk, typing this thing because I can't sleep. But I'm sure once I get into the routine of things around here I will be good to go.
So from Atlanta Airport we (me and the girl that I shipped with, she was doing basic here, I wonder what she's doing right now?) caught the flight to Columbia SC. It was about a 1hr flight. (About half of that was sitting on the ground at Atlanta, What madness that place is) Once we got to Columbia Airport We checked in with the SGT. At the liaison desk, and sat with the rest of the shippers, I threw up twice while we were sitting there. Is what I do when I get anxious, so yea it's no big deal. Well except for the fact that the only thing I ate since the crab legs in Miami was a few bites of a burger, and about a half of ham sub they gave us at MEPS. You see from the time I got to MEPS till well now I have drank about 7 Cokes, to try and settle my nerves. But well I am tired as hell right now so I'm going to crash for a few HRs.

Ok well I'm back, so let's pick up where I left off. You see I have bad nerves, and I mean real bad. So when I landed in Columbia I got that felling in my stomach and ran to the bathroom where I threw up all that coke that was still sitting in my bowls. So yea, we were at that air port for about 30min before the busses came and picked us up and took us into FT. Jackson. Along the way I was talking to the men who were going into basic, and someone about 3 rows behind me thought that he was tough shit and got on to my case about talking to the guys around me. So I turned around and looked at him with a stare that could melt ice. I said to him ' Dude I have done this shit that you're about to go into, so yea if you got a problem with me answering peoples questions then you can shut the fuck up right now, I had your type in my unit and you are gonna be the one everyone hates during basic. So you need to check your attitude at the door and shut your mouth.' He was speech less after that. Now most of you know I aint no Billy bad ass, But man when you're as nervous as I was, when your running on straight caffeine and adrenaline, and been waiting in as many airports as I had, well you get that way.
Now we got to the 120th AG Battalion at about 10 that night and it was wired getting off the bus and watching all them Basic kids lose their nerve. They took us into a completely different room from the rest of the Basic kids and they were like put your paper work up on the counter and go get some food. So that's what we did we didn't have a SGT watching over us or anything, it was bad ass. So we get and get through the sitting and waiting of the paper work and they took us to the holding unit. We get there at about 12 midnight and the Privates that were on CQ duty had us to some paper work and told us basically that it would be pretty chill lax around here. Which it is, I mean it's very laid back, but not so much that you lose your military baring. I mean they have a smoking pit around the back side of the barracks, and they don't care if you have your cell, just as long as you don' flash it around the BCT kids. Well this is all that I have for now, We have one final formation at 10:30 tonight so I'm gonna grab a smoke before that and crash. Tomorrow is gonna be do whatever you want to type of thing, and then Sunday I have CQ Duty from 9:00 am till 9:00 Pm so I will be on this laptop for a long time, might even try and start my book that I'm planning on righting. So for now Later days y'all.
